JOB SUMMARY:
As an account representative with Kelly McGrath’s State Farm Agency, you will generate the kind of exceptional service that will help increase the growth of our agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people will make you a vital part of our daily business operations. Working alongside a dedicated team, you will be the key point of contact for clients, helping them understand their insurance options and providing exceptional customer service.

Working alongside a dedicated team, you will be the key point of contact for clients, helping them understand their insurance options and providing exceptional customer service.
Through meaningful interactions and problem-solving skills, you will retain clients and grow our agency by improving customer relations. As an attentive, service and sales-minded professional, you’ll have the skills necessary to resolve customer inquiries, while also marketing relevant products and services.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Engage with potential clients to promote insurance products and services
- Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
- Manage sales administration tasks such as processing applications, updating client records, and maintaining accurate documentation
- Assist in marketing initiatives to attract new customers and retain current clients
- Provide outstanding customer service by answering questions, resolving issues, and guiding clients through policy selections
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and ability to multitask.
- Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
- Current property and casualty insurance license a plus

Compensation: $20.00 - $26.00 per hour
