ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As an insurance account representative with Kelly McGrath’s State Farm Agency, you will generate the kind of exceptional service that will help increase the growth of our agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people will make you a vital part of our daily business operations.
Through meaningful interactions and problem-solving skills, you will retain clients and grow our agency by improving customer relations. As an attentive, service and sales-minded professional, you’ll have the skills necessary to resolve customer inquiries, while also marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide information about insurance products and services.
- Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and ability to multitask.
- Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
- Current property and casualty insurance license a plus
Compensation: $18.00 - $26.00 per hour
